If a laboratory test result is outside normal range and you do not provide your doctor’s contact information when you schedule the event or answer NO to the question “Can we notify your healthcare provider in case of a Positive test?” there will be an additional fee of $39.95 charged to your credit card or drafted from your bank account for a physician consultation.
