USBA Labs provides each member the ability to make their own decisions when it comes to their health. We give the power back to the public. Each member is able to order all of their screenings and LAB testing with out a prescription (see Disclaimer below). Diagnostics such as MRI, CT, and X-RAYS does require a doctors prescription. Each member can receive their results and/or have them sent to their doctor.

USBA Labs is a perfect fit for those with out full healthcare coverage, Medicare, or Medicaid, those paying medical expenses out of pocket. This program is perfect for individuals with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or employer groups with health reimbursement accounts (HRA's). There is NO LIMIT to the number of times a person can have LAB tests done.

USBA Labs allows for easy ordering of tests for each of our members. Each member can order tests via telephone or internet. Members ONLY can also search through all of our 6,000 laboratory sites.
